President & CEO
Josh Slater is the President and CEO at ISG, where he oversees the strategic vision, growth-plan execution, and diversification efforts of the company. Josh promotes a remarkably flat and agile organizational structure, enabling all departments to move quickly and adapt to the ever-evolving changes in today’s marketplace.
Josh joined ISG in 2011 after six years with DISH. At ISG, he has served as VP of Sales, SVP of Sales, Co-President and COO, and now President and CEO. Having served in multiple roles at ISG, in addition to his 17+ years of experience in home services, Josh brings an unrivaled insight into his leadership and the business.
Josh attended Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, where he received a BS in Management. When he’s not leading ISG’s efforts, Josh enjoys running, boating, and music production.
Lauren joined ISG in 2012 as General Counsel; in 2017, her role expanded into General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer; in 2018, Lauren became SVP, General Counsel, and CCO, with the additional responsibility of overseeing HR. As ISG continues to rapidly grow, Lauren and her team ensure that the company offers our consumer clients the products and services they need, while doing so in compliance with our partners’ requirements and any federal, state, or local laws, rules, and regulations.
Prior to ISG, Lauren served as Corporate Counsel for, at the time, the third-largest healthcare staffing firm in the country. Lauren received a BA from Ohio University, and JD from Roger Williams University. She’s also licensed to practice law in Illinois and an Authorized House Counsel in Florida. Lauren loves to play golf in her free time; she can proudly drive a golf ball off the tee box more than 200 yards!
George has been with ISG for over 15 years; he began as a Helpdesk Personnel from 2005 to 2008, and then went on to become Senior Developer until 2011. As CIO, George aims to help ISG make the best use of the latest technologies to be as efficient as possible, allowing ISG to increase revenue potential while lowering costs and gaining a huge advantage over its competitors.
George received a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. He is also an ISACA Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) and Network+ certified. George enjoys golfing in his free time, even though he claims he’s not skilled at it, because of the challenge the game provides. George also loves to spend time with his family and cook for them.
As CMO, Jake aims to continue to maximize sales and profit for the company and its partners by leveraging online channels. Since ISG is a direct response marketing company, Jake’s in-house marketing team is constantly growing, developing & diversifying.
Jake holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami. His impressive accolades include his recognition as one of the “World’s Leading Digital Marketers” by Google. In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, cooking steak to perfection & playing golf.
Prior to joining ISG, Dave was the Director of Finance Sales for ADT where he supported the Chief Revenue Officers and was the lead finance partner for inside sales, field sales, and operational reporting. There he oversaw the $5 billion dollar revenue forecast process as well as call center analytics.
Earlier in his career he led the FP&A group at Avis Budget Group managing Budgeting, Forecasting, capital allocation, and held a lead role in the company’s oracle cloud financial transformation project. Before that, he served on the Treasury team where he built the company’s cash flow process, manage corporate covenants, issued high yield debt, and performed derivates analytics for financial risk mitigation.
David holds his MBA from Northeastern University and his undergraduate degree from Kean University in New Jersey. In his personal time he enjoys going to the gym, boating, reading science fiction, and spending time with his two kids and his high school sweetheart.
Tiffanie’s professional career in HR began in 2007 as a Corporate HR Generalist for a national healthcare organization. In 2012, Tiffanie joined ISG as a Senior HR Generalist, then went on to become HR Manager, Director of HR, and now VP of HR. As VP, Tiffanie ensures her team stands on the values of honesty, integrity, trust, teamwork, service, change and innovation, people championing, leadership, and growth.
Tiffanie received a Master of Science in Employment Law degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business/HR Management degree from Nova Southeastern University. Throughout her career, she has received several accolades including an “Excellence in HR Award,” given by the South Florida Business & Wealth magazine. Outside of the office, Tiffanie enjoys reading and helping others as a freelance fashion stylist.
Justine Green, Ed.D. received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, her Master’s degree in Educational Policy and Social Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her doctorate in Education Leadership from the University of Miami. Justine has worked in the admissions office of a top NYC private school, at the Office of Disability Services for the University of Miami, as an inclusive educator, private school administrator and as a Principal. Her administrative and educational background is crucial for her role as VP of Learning and Development.
When Justine is not leading ISG training efforts, she is at home with her two children or promoting her award-winning children’s book series that teaches empathy and understanding of differences called “Completely Me.”
Nicholas began with ISG in 2009. In the years since, he has served as a top-earning Commissioned Sales Agent, General Sales Manager, Director of Learning and Development, and VP of Sales. Nicholas aims to continue creating opportunities for ISG, employees, and partners through ISG’s industry-leading performance.
Nicholas attended Franklin & Marshall College, where he received a BA in English. Outside of the office, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and pursuing his many interests.
Joining ISG in 2015, bringing over 20 years of online marketing, development & design experience across a broad range of verticals & objectives, he has worked his way up from Sr. Manager of Digital Content, Director of Online Experience, and ultimately becoming VP of Online Marketing. Jason strives to continue to maximize conversion, online experience, automation and simplification of our overall online experience for continued success.
Jason studied at Indian River State College. When he’s not working, Jason loves to spend time boating, cooking, and exploring new experiences with family and friends.
Prior to ISG, John’s role as a Director of Sales enabled him to successfully scale a large partner network. As an industry veteran, John has worked in various roles across the telecom landscape, including training and managing sales specialists, business analysis and development, and partner management.
John studied at Palm Beach College. When he’s not working, John loves to spend time with his family, cook, and fish.
